'I'm a recovering perfectionist, a mum to two lovely children, wife, business and dog owner.

I found there were never enough hours in the day and at the end of some days I felt like I had barely taken a breath.

I've got high standards, but I realised my standards were pretty low in looking after me. Yes, I watch what I eat, yes, I exercise, but what about my mind? I've worked in wonderful places that promote and encourage self-care, I even led on resilience training in an NHS Trust. Somehow, helping myself was a lot harder than helping others!

A friend Introduced me to X-Hail and I was immediately intrigued. I'm so very grateful for everything I have, but it felt like there was something still missing from my life. I had practised meditation before, but I connected with X-Hail because our method of meditation Is so welcoming and inclusive, using modern meditation techniques. It was for me. I wanted my children to see me take a breath, so they could learn to do it too.

There's no 'perfect' way of meditating the X-Hail way.

Meditation is about having a break away from our minds, where we can focus on being calm and peaceful in a busy and stressful world. It slows us down and it helps us breathe. That’s why I love it!

Good tunes, gentle movement and gorgeous aromatherapy.

What are you waiting for? Come and get out of your own head in a healthy way!'
